I'm trying out a site called Linkbucks. This site makes it extremely easy to add ads to your site that will generate income for you. I only just got it set up, so I'll let you know how it goes. I have found nothing to suggest they are a scam, and everything to suggest they are legit... and I like their style.
You'll notice that when you click on links from my blog to other sites, the site will have a banner of ads at the top. You can easily close this banner, so it's not much trouble to people trying to read sites... but it's generating revenue for me. Another option is "interruption" ads, which are those annoying ones some sites have that direct you to a full page ad and then force you to click "continue" before seeing what you actually want to see. They are annoying, but you earn more money for them... so it might be worth the trade-off for some people. The third option is popups... which I chose not to use because I hate them, lol.
The other major advantage to this site is that when you sign up, you have the option of creating a blog. This blog is affiliated with Linkbucks and will therefore make you even more money if you use it. It's a wordpress blog, which means it is extremely easy to import posts from another blog hosted with virtually any service. So the blog Linkbucks gave me is an exact copy of this one so far as the posts go.
The site seems to be having some trouble lately, though. I have had trouble loading a number of their pages on multiple occasions... just keep trying, it works eventually. They reward members for bearing with them by having double cash events, which are always nice^^
Don't worry if you have no coding experience, the site walks you through everything and makes it as simple as possible.
And, of course, they have a referal program:
